The equipment mainly includes: automatic quantitative weighing system (optional), automatic bag loading device, automatic bag storage, automatic bag transfer mechanism, bag guide mechanism, automatic folding/sewing/heat sealing mechanism, automatic labeling machine (optional) ), finished product conveyor, etc., which can realize automatic quantitative weighing, automatic bagging, automatic guide, bagging and sending labels, automatic bag top folding, automatic sewing/heat sealing and other operations. Equipped with safety/process interlock and production process monitoring and alarm functions.
Fully automatic bagging machine workflow:
Place the packaging bag in the bag warehouse→ place the label in the label box→ start the operation→ the bag picking mechanism automatically suck up the packaging bag→ sorting and correcting conveying→ opens the bag→ supports the bag→ giving the bag (loading the bag) → automatically clamps the bag→ material is automatically quantitatively weighed and filled into bags→ automatic bag release /bag holding/bag transfer→ automatic label feeding /folding /or heat sealing/or sewing→ entering the next process such as stacking on pallet and wrapping.
