This semi-automatic open-mouth bagging machine features a labor-saving human-machine collaboration working mode. The entire packaging process only requires manual operation to sleeve empty bags on the discharge nozzle. All subsequent core procedures are fully automatic, including precise quantitative weighing, material filling, bag conveying and transferring, as well as automatic bag sewing and sealing.

Designed for 20-50kg woven bags, paper bags and PE bags, it is widely applicable to granular, powdery and bulk materials in feed, grain, fertilizer, chemical and biomass industries. Perfectly matched with automatic bag sewing equipment, the machine forms a complete automatic filling and sealing workflow. After filling is completed, the bags are automatically conveyed to the sewing station for tight and neat sealing, avoiding material leakage and dust overflow. It supports diversified material packaging, covering common pellets, grains, compound powders and slightly viscous bulk materials. Featuring a compact and reasonable structural design, the equipment occupies less workshop space and can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines without complicated transformation, bringing high flexibility and compatibility for plant upgrading.

This semi-automatic bagging machine supports seamless docking with automatic robotic palletizing systems. After finishing filling, sealing and conveying, the qualified packaged bags are stably transported to the robot working area through the supporting conveyor line. The robotic arm automatically grabs, arranges and stacks the finished bags on standard pallets, realizing unmanned palletizing operation.
