The heavy-bag packaging and palletizing system consists of a bagging machine, a packaging machine,a bag sewing machine, an inkjet printer, a conveyor and unscrambling system, a palletizing robot, and arail-mounted pallet storage system. It automatically performs bag retrieval, loading, opening, bagging.clamping, and metering and filing. When the bag weight reaches the set value, the automatic filling stops,the bag is automatically dropped, and the bag-holding device automatically pushes the bag to the bagsewing machine or heat sealer for sealing. During conveyance, the finished bags are automaticallyinverted, vibrated, pressed, and shaped. After being sorted and shaped, the robot grabs and palletizes thebags and transports them to the warehouse.
