Automatic Bag‑Feeding Packaging Machine
Our automatic bag‑feeding packaging machine is a fully‑integrated heavy‑duty packaging solution for 20‑50kg woven bags, PE/PP composite bags. It completes the whole process automatically: bag picking, bag opening, positioning, material filling, sewing sealing and finished‑bag output, drastically reducing manual labor in heavy‑bag packaging workshops.
This machine can be perfectly docked with upstream weighing systems and downstream conveyor & palletizing systems to form a complete turn‑key packaging production line. Built for continuous heavy‑load industrial operation, it is widely applied for granular and powder materials including animal feed, wood pellets, fertilizer, grain and chemical raw materials.

Automatic Bag Storage and Picking
Multiple empty woven bags or composite bags are neatly placed in the automatic bag storage bin. The machine adopts a precision mechanical grabbing and suction device, which automatically and accurately picks up a single empty bag each time. It effectively avoids multiple bags adhesion and missing grabbing, ensuring stable and orderly bag supply for continuous production.
After bag picking, the vacuum suction system firmly adsorbs and automatically opens the bag mouth. With the assistance of photoelectric sensing and positioning system, the bag mouth is fully opened and accurately fixed directly below the filling outlet. This step ensures accurate docking before filling, prevents material leakage and deviation, and lays a foundation for stable packaging.
Quantitative Material Filling and Weight Detection
Linked with the automatic weighing system, the machine completes high-precision quantitative feeding. After the material weight reaches the preset standard, the feeding system automatically stops discharging. The equipment supports stable filling of granular, flaky and mixed materials, realizing uniform filling weight and consistent packaging standards for each bag.
Automatic Bag Release and Conveying
When the filling process is completed, the system automatically releases the filled bag. The finished material bag falls stably onto the automatic conveyor belt and is transported backward steadily. The whole process requires no manual intervention, realizing seamless connection between filling and conveying.
Automatic Bag Sewing and Sealing
The conveyed material bags enter the automatic sewing station. The high-speed sewing equipment completes neat and firm sealing of the bag mouth. The sealing effect is tight and beautiful, effectively preventing material leakage, dust overflow and moisture ingress, meeting industrial packaging and storage requirements.
Finished Bag Output and Subsequent Line Connection
After sealing, the qualified finished bags are continuously output through the conveyor system. The equipment can be perfectly connected with automatic sorting, stacking and palletizing equipment to form a fully automated unmanned packaging production line, greatly improving the overall production efficiency and workshop automation level.
