20-50kg full automatic bagging machine for open mouth bags
The open mouth bagging systems are designed for bagging free-flowing materials into open-mouth bags for applications between 20 ~ 50kg per bag. The systems are ideal for bagging flakes and granules from the Food, Feed, Pet Food, Chemicals, and Minerals industries.
Workflow:Place the packaging bag in the bag warehouse→ start the operation→ the bag picking mechanism automatically suck up the packaging bag→ sorting and correcting conveying→ opens the bag→ supports the bag→ giving the bag (loading the bag) → automatically clamps the bag→ material is automatically quantitatively weighed and filled into bags→ automatic bag release /bag holding/bag transfer→ automatic label feeding /folding /or heat sealing/or sewing→ entering the next process such as stacking on pallet and wrapping.
The whole bagging process is as follows: firstly, put the bags in the designated position, then the bags are sucked up with suction cups, opened, and loaded on the discharge port. After filling and weighing, the robot arms will send bags into the closing track to finish the subsequent steps.
When you use the semi-automatic bagging machine, you need workers manually load the open-mouth bags on the discharge port. Workers must manually send the bags into the sewing track when the filling is finished.
The fully automatic line achieves complete automation. It only needs workers to put the bags in the designated position. The machine automatically loads the bags, fills them, weighs them, sends them into the sewing machine, then shaping, inspecting, conveying, coding, palletizing, and wrapping. Finally, removing the pallets by forklift.
